Painting this commercial kitchen was a three coat process. Before any repairs were done, oil primer was applied to all surfaces. After stains were sealed, and the spackling done, repaired areas were primed and two coats of Semi-Gloss Industrial Coating. What a difference?

Restoring Steel Poles
There were several steel poles in this condition. A grinder is used to strip the paint. Here you can see the bare substrate, steel. The steel pole is wiped free of dust and MAB Rust-o-lastic dark gray primer is applied.

Galvinized Metal
This exterior metal surface was improperly coated in the past and now has to be stripped with paint stripper and plenty of elbow grease. We primed the metal with special metal primer and double coated the raw metal with an industrial high-gloss finish paint.

We apply solid, semi-solid, and semi-transparent stains and finishes to decks, fences and siding. We apply oil-based and latex based primers and paints, using top quality Low VOC paints by Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Cabots, Flood, and more. we apply special epoxy to garage and warehouse floors, using anti-slip paint.
All of our interior and exterior painting services are available to commercial and industrial business/building owners facility managers and supervisors, and property managers. We also offer spraying of large areas and surfaces and painting of high structures.
